We are a Medical Tech Startup with headquarter in Hamburg, dedicated to mixed reality, where medical imaging can be experienced in a completely different way, allowing physicians to better visualize volumetric scans and educate students.

We are looking for a task-oriented person in the field of medical image labeling. Ideally, you have a degree in radiology and medical images are no mystery to you. If you care about accuracy in your tasks and want to help develop innovative solutions to support healthcare, this offer is for you!

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of a training set for artificial intelligence algorithms
• Label anatomical structures, such as bones, pancreas, vessels, or brain ventricles, on medical images (DICOM)
• Working with (semi-automated) software for segmentation of medical images (we provide training)
• Contact with an expert in the relevant medical field regarding the quality checks

Your Profile:
• Completed education/ training as MTRA (Medizinisch-technische/r Radiologieassistent/in) (Medical radiology assistant) or similar
• Good knowledge of human anatomy
• Ability to recognize individual anatomical structures on medical images, such as magnetic resonance and computed tomography images
• Conscientiousness and accuracy in performing tasks
• Knowledge in the use of professional software, especially for medical image processing

Medical Application Specialist- (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Medical Application Specialist (m/f/d) in Hamburg. You will work hand-in-hand with the Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Development teams to ensure that customers are onboarded, trained, and supported in line with CRM process and regulatory requirements, as well as conducting product demonstrations and strengthening relationships with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the product roadmap and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the design, development, and delivery of the new features meet all internal and external requirements[PA1]
• Ensure that customer feedback is gathered according to Post-Market Surveillance
• Ensure, together with the Team, that the priorities defined for the roadmap are aligned with the global product strategy
• Work in cooperation with the Technical Product Owners to ensure that the development requirements are clearly defined
• Act as global technical contact person for users of the application(s)
• Manage and deliver customer product training to national and international customers
• Ensure, together with the Regulatory Affairs Team, adherence to Regulatory requirements and Quality Standards
• Deliver product demos and manage sales processes
• Manage product support inquiries from our customers
• Maintain and expand our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes to ensure data integrity and oversight of the customer base

Your Profile:
• Experience or degree in medical/engineering/scientific/technology or similar or experience in a similar position
• At least 1-2 years of experience in project management, application management and/or application support
• Strong interpersonal skills and committed engagement with customers
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Ability to translate customers’ needs into actionable product strategy

Responsibilities:
• Supporting our clinical research activities
• Conducting scientific literature research in medical databases
• Analyze interview transcripts and data from conducted studies
• Preparing presentations, reports, and supporting writing scientific publications
• Supporting for preparation of documentation for medical device certification according to EU MDR
• Discuss clinical topics with other departments

Your Profile:
• Master student at university or college in the field of life science (for example, medicine, health economics, public health, or a comparable field of study)
• Knowledge in systematic literature search (PubMed, WoS, EMBASE)
• Understanding of EU MDR
