Deine Aufgaben:
  • Mitwirkung an der Produkt-Roadmap und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Konzeption, Entwicklung und Bereitstellung neuer Funktionen allen internen und externen Anforderungen entsprechen.
  • Sicherstellen, dass das Kundenfeedback gemäß der Post-Market Surveillance gesammelt wird.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team sicherstellen, dass die für die Roadmap definierten Prioritäten mit der globalen Produktstrategie in Einklang gebracht werden.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Produktverantwortlichen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Entwicklungsanforderungen klar definiert sind.
  • Funktionieren als globale/r technische/r AnsprechpartnerIn für die BenutzerInnen unserer Produkte.
  • Leitung und Durchführung von Produktschulungen für nationale und internationale KundInnen (größtenteils online).
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Regulatory Affairs Team sicherstellen, dass die regulatorischen Anforderungen und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.
  • Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen für potentielle neue KundInnen und PartnerInnen (größtenteils online).
  • Verarbeitung von Supportanfragen von Benutzern.
  • Pflege und Ausbau unserer Customer-Relationship-Management-Prozesse zur Gewährleistung der Datenintegrität und der Überwachung des Kundenstamms.
Dein Profil:
  • Erfahrung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizin(-technik)/Ingenieurwesen/Wissenschaft/Technik oder Ähnliches oder Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
  • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Anwendungsmanagement und/oder Anwendungssupport.
  • Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und engagierter Umgang mit KundInnen.
  • Fähigkeit, an mehreren Projekten zu arbeiten und entsprechende Prioritäten zu setzen.

Technical Product Owner (AI & Medical Imaging) - (m/f/d)

apoQlar is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) in Poznan, Poland or Hamburg, Germany. You will work closely with our engineering team, business stakeholders and customers, streamlining the development of AI models and medical imaging support in our medical mixed reality platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and analyzing product requirements for our medical mixed reality platform with emphasis on AI and medical imaging.
  • Coordinating collaborations related to AI and medical imaging and facilitating the transfer of knowledge and innovation into our product.
  • Translation of user requirements into Epics and user stories with clear specifications.
  • Development and maintenance of product backlog in Jira.
  • Owning the product roadmap in the area of AI and medical imaging.
  • Working hand in hand with engineers and QAs to make sure the requirements are met.
  • Supporting the development team throughout the whole agile software development cycle while following the standards for medical devices.
  • Facilitating the process of AI segmentation models development, involving medical specialists (coordination of data sourcing, annotation, and verification by medical doctors).
  • Serving as a bridge between physicians and medical staff, business stakeholders and the software development team.
  • Making sure all stakeholders are on the same page by providing updates and visibility on project status.
  • Proactively looking for improvements in our processes and taking ownership for improving them.

Your Profile:
  • You have at least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager and/or Project Manager.
  • You have at least high-level understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or medical image processing.

Lead R&D Engineer

apoQlar is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead R&D Engineer (m/f/d) in Hamburg, Germany (hybrid/onsite) or in Poznan, Poland (remote/hybrid). You will become the driving force of our R&D Team and work hand in hand with fellow engineers to turn futuristic concepts into building blocks of our medical mixed reality platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Being a pro-active servant leader (both from tech and people perspective) to a group of junior and mid-level R&D Engineers.
  • Implementing up to date software development practices (e.g., code reviews, unit tests, software documentation) and maintaining them through technical reviews and mentoring.
  • Leading technology integration & knowledge transfer within the domain of responsibility.
  • Leveraging internal/external partners as necessary to achieve project objectives.
  • Recruiting new engineers and guiding their career paths.
  • Creating solution prototypes based on Mixed Reality platforms (e.g., HoloLens 2) while involving one or more of the following technologies: 3D computer graphics, AI/ML focusing on computer vision and object detection, Client-server models with remote procedure calls (RPC), Azure Cloud services and mobile edge computing.
  • Ensuring solution prototypes meet performance and quality standards of medical devices.
  • Selecting appropriate technologies to solve given problems as well as structuring the work to enable developer productivity.
  • Working closely with Product Owner(s) to help translate user requirements into actionable specifications.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a highly experienced and strategic CFO/COO in our rapidly growing mixed reality SaaS company. The CFO/COO will be a key member of the leadership team and report directly to the CEO. You will have a proven track record in a fast-paced, high growth environment and will play a critical role in the continued success of the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecast for the company.
  • Ensure that transfer pricing policies are in compliance with local and international laws and regulations, and that the company is obtaining the best possible prices for goods and services.
  • Experience in leading or supporting fundraising efforts, working closely with investors and venture capitalists to secure the necessary financing to fuel the company's growth.
  • Participate in business development activities, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, and playing a key role in the company's ongoing growth and expansion.
  • Advance performance by driving improvements in revenue, profit, customer retention, loss prevention, and expense ratios.
  • Overseeing the HR, IT, and Legal activities to ensure alignment with the company strategy and internal operations.
  • Managing and supervising companies in Germany, US, Singapore, Poland, the UK, and India and lead the setup of potential new entities.
  • Processing and coordination of all financial accounting tasks, in particular account assignment and posting of current business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, payroll, general ledger and balance sheet accounting.
  • Monitor the financial condition of the business through the collection, interpretation and analysis of key financial metrics with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency.
Your Profile:
  • 10 + years of Accounting/ Financial experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, as well as international financial reporting standards.
  • Proven experience in fundraising process and demonstrated track record of successfully raising significant amounts of capital, a plus.
  • Proficiency, both written and verbal, in English and German languages.
  • You're ambitious, curious, and creative. You have an agile approach and are able to balance risk and growth.

People Operations Specialist- (m/f/d)

  • Managing employee-related documentation and ensure compliance with German labor laws.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment & hiring process across all departments within apoQlar – job posting, scheduling, interviewing, onboarding and developing.
  • Overseeing the development, analysis and monitoring of the staff learning and development program.
  • Drive a culture of performance and support team leaders to track 1:1’s and reviews.
  • Ensure staff life cycle processes of contracting, on/off-boarding, development and performance management, staff relations, timekeeping and payroll, benefits management are executed accurately and effectively.
Your Profile:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources (HR) function.
  • Basic knowledge of talent sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding.
  • Solid knowledge of German labor laws.

Project Manager-Intern / Working Student (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager Intern (m/f/d). You will be responsible for managing projects in which apoQlar is involved by adding new features to ongoing development to meet project requirements and deadlines. The scope of the projects is mainly focused on medical virtual/ mixed reality (VR/MR) applications and medical AI applications involving internal as well as external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Together with the other stakeholders, define action plans for projects with specific requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure that apoQlar can meet the deadlines and requirements agreed with the other parties.
  • Conduct meetings with other stakeholders and ensure that apoQlar's strategic approach and priorities are aligned with the current project phase.
  • Prototyping and ensuring that all project requirements are translated into technical and user-friendly specifications.
  • Exploring opportunities to market the project ideas together with the Customer Operations team.
  • Ensure that changes to the project schedule do not impact work already developed by the mixed reality team and, if they do, record and communicate the additional cost and effort and potential delays to the Chief Production Officer (CPO).
  • Writing monthly reports describing project updates and submitting these reports to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Your Profile:
  • Technical background, preferably in virtual/mixed reality (VR/MR) applications (based on Unity Engine) and/or machine learning/ computer vision (natural language processing, image recognition, object recognition).
  • Capability to adapt to changing requirements and make decisions quickly.
  • Problem-solving and self-starter skills.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous role supporting a Development Team.
  • Previous role focused on communication with external stakeholders involving physicians and medical staff.
  • Certification as Project Manager (e.g., IHK, VDI) is preferrable.
